BI/Data Analyst

In the Revenue and Operations department, your mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by the technical teams and departments. This involves focusing on a 360-degree commercial strategy to bring new products to the market, promote existing products, and maximize client usage and experience. As a BI/Data Analyst, your role is crucial in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. Your responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring data quality for effective reporting processes. You will collaborate closely with Data engineers and BI developers to establish a smooth development and deployment process. Additionally, you will play a key role in assuring the data quality of BI reports. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with other team members in the BI (Business Intelligence) team to stay aligned and share knowledge. - Turn data into useful insights to support better decision-making within the company. - Build and manage BI tools and reports to meet business needs. - Communicate with global stakeholders to understand their requirements and share findings. - Utilize strong Tableau skills to create clear and helpful data visualizations. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of proven experience working as an individual contributor in the field of business intelligence. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into data solutions. - Proficiency in Tableau (Desktop, Prep, Server, and Cloud). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets. - Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. - Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices. - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.
