Role Overview: You will join BinarEY's young and complementary team within EY's Accounting, Compliance and Reporting (ACR) division as a BI Expert & Data Analyst. Your role will involve interpreting data, developing BI visualizations, and delivering key insights to EY's accountants and clients. You will work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, collaborating with an international team to maintain and optimize existing Power BI reporting while creating impactful data visualizations. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret data, develop BI visualizations, and deliver key insights to EY's accountants and clients - Craft data models to generate essential business KPIs - Drive innovation to enhance data flow efficiency - Tackle ETL tasks, establish connections with various data sources, and maintain a clear data structure - Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reporting while creating new data visualizations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, IT, or related field - 1-3 years of experience as a BI analyst or data scientist, or recent graduate eager to work with data models and visualizations - Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Co-pilot - Ability to connect Power BI to various data sources and establish a semantic model - IT-minded with a strong interest in technology, automation, and innovation - Fluent in English and French or Dutch - Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation Join EY to experience necessary skills, training, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
