BI ENGINEER

• Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights and trends using reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from relational databases.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, develop reports and dashboards using reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc, that effectively communicate key metrics and insights.
• SQL Queries: Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple databases.
• Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to interpret data and perform predictive modeling for forecasting purposes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Certifications :

• Bachelors in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Desirable to have certifications in Data Analysis/ SQL/ PowerBI/ Tableau.

Primary Skills :

• 5+ years of experience as a reporting analyst or similar role.
• Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights and trends using reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from relational databases.
• Statistical Analysis: Knowledge of statistical methods and tools for data interpretation and predictive modeling.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate complex findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels.

Secondary Skills :

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Understanding of database management systems (DBMS) and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to manage projects independently, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
