Job Description

Role Overview: As a BI Architect with over 10 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to partner closely with clients to deliver state-of-the-art outcomes by engineering solutions. You will continuously expand your expertise in Data Engineering, Big Data, Analytics, and Visualization tools/techniques to drive incremental innovation in ongoing projects. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial as you interact with a diverse set of internal and external customers with varying technical proficiency levels. Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions - Expand expertise in Data Engineering, Big Data, Analytics, and Visualization tools - Clearly articulate and communicate with internal and external customers - Look for opportunities to address customer needs and provide thought partnership - Participate in business development through competitive bids and conduct technical discovery with customers - Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Data Strategy and Consulting engagements - Balance business and technology acumen to articulate technical solutions to business problems - Present to and achieve buy-in from senior executives - Work as a consultant to formulate solutions to business problems - Develop comprehensive RFP responses in partnership with Pre-Sales and Marketing functions - Collaborate with teams and clarify requirements - Understand Agile and other development processes and methodologies Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in solution architecture, estimation, and building capacity plans for BI & Data Analytics transformation initiatives - Minimum of 8 years of experience with major BI platforms like Tableau and Power BI - Expertise in BI & data architecture design, recommendations, and best practices - Experience in Solution Architect design with Big Data, Cloud Technologies, Data Lake, Data Warehousing on cloud, Visualization, and Analytics - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to work in teams, collaborate with others, and clarify requirements - Understanding of Agile and other development processes and methodologies,
