Farmer funding team aims to provide timely credit facilities to farmers,
meeting all their cultivation, farm maintenance, consumption and investment needsby offering various loan products like KCC (Kisan Credit Card), Kisan Samarth (ODSAM) and ODCON.

About the Role:

The Portfolio team member is responsible for maintaining the portfolio health and ensuring that the irregularities are at its minimal.

Key Responsibilities

To drive the following objectives through the field teams & Support Teams viz. Credit, Collection, Operations, Product, BIU.

• Deepen the existing relationships by driving Enhancement and cross selling of the Bank's Liability products & Services and third party products.
• Minimise the customer attrition by effective implementation of Customer retention policy and ongoing customer engagement.
• Ensure Customer delight whilst ensuring that the Bank's delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met.
• Maintain the portfolio health through timely Renewals, increased churning & utilization limit along with nullification of PDD (Post Disb Document) pendency.
• Manage product portfolio quality through policy changes/initiatives
• Measure the Resource Productivity in Business through Disb (B2C & Gold) and also portfolio parameters.
• Ensure regularization of the accounts wherein there are No Credits, Interest not Serviced and Accounts overdrawn andFPD (First Payment Due) recovery.
• Liaise and ensure implementation of technology requirements and changes required in Portfolio Management/automation of reports/feedback etc.
• Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with Zonal and Regional Heads to ensure that corporate strategies are percolated down to the ground level sales force
• Ensure training, development and management of Field team.

Qualifications:

Graduate/ MBA preferred

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms.

Ability to handle portfolio management and key account relationship management.

Desirable - Digital banking knowledge and Excel + database analysis skills
