About the Role:

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in recruiting for sales roles within the BFSI sector
  • Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for roles in Banking, NBFC, and Insurance sectors
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to clients and internal stakeholders
