Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT BFSI roles.
  • Build relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to attract top talent.
  • Conduct phone interviews, assess candidate suitability, and make recommendations.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Maintain knowledge of BFSI industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Experience Required:

  • 1-4 years of experience in BFSI recruitment with a proven track record of successful closures.
  • Strong sourcing skills across job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Experience coordinating with clients and stakeholders to align recruitment strategies.
