Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and beverage service within our luxury resort/hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality , particularly in high-end resort or hotel environments , and a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage teams, and drive beverage revenue. Key Responsibility: Oversee all bar operations including staffing, service, inventory, and customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and supervise bartenders and bar service staff to uphold brand standards and service excellence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Develop innovative beverage menus, including cocktails and wine lists, aligned with current trends and guest preferences. Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and shrinkage. Collaborate with the F&B team to plan and execute events, promotions, and themed nights. Maintain accurate financial records including cost control, pricing strategies, and revenue analysis. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.

Role & responsibilities Understand the Expectations and Deliverables of the Project and Ensure Proper Planning for delivering the same. Demonstrate Good Knowledge about Ingredients and their functionalities. Identify & Suggest vendors for Ingredients to Procurement team Investigate different Formulation combinations and Processing techniques to develop and optimize the product and establish product, process & sensory parameters Supervise/Conduct lab trials and internal sensory. Ensure Proper recording of Data & Results. Delegate activities to Product Development Associate (PDA) and monitor their work and productivity. Ensure timely documentation of all reports as per Organization requirements. Identify & Evaluate Third Party Manufacturers and Conduct trials at their Factory for Commercialization of the Product. Possess basic knowledge in Regulatory (FSSAI) & Legal compliances and ensure all developed products comply within those regulations. Coordinate with NABL accredited External Labs for analysis of developed Products and results Ability to frame Product labelling requirements such as Ingredients list, Nutritional Information, etc Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years Research & Development work experience in Beverages Qualification - B. Tech or M. Tech Food Technology/Food Science/Food Process Engineering or related Demonstrated experience in developing new products at Lab level and scaling up to Industrial level Demonstrated experience in understanding market trends and developing innovative products Good Project Management skills with experience in managing Client projects Possess Good communication and Presentation skills. Ability to build Strong Business Relationships.

Role & Responsibilities: Support the sales team in handling business enquiries, preparing proposals, and closing orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in target sectors. Assist in the marketing and promotion of new products and processes. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, production, and project management for successful execution of sales projects. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitors. Provide timely reports and feedback to management regarding sales performance and market developments. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant technical discipline. Strong knowledge of process and technology related to food & beverage , brewery , dairy , pharmaceutical , and personal care equipment industries. Prior experience in technical sales or project sales in a B2B industrial environment preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and understanding project specifications. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Blow Moulding Operations Operate and maintain blow moulding machines (SHYAM/SIDLE) with 7 to 12 cavity configurations. Ensure consistent quality and efficiency in bottle production. 2. Filler & Labeller Operations Operate HILDEN Hot Melt Labeller machines. Monitor labelling accuracy and troubleshoot minor issues. 3. Shrink Wrap Machine Operations Handle shrink wrap machines including CLEAR PACK, MINI PACK, and MAGIC. Ensure proper packaging and wrapping of finished products. Preferred Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Freshers are welcome. Experience: Prior experience in machine operation is a plus, but not mandatory. Skills Required: Basic understanding of machine operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Why Join Us?
