Digital Dieticians/ Educator work responsibilities: -
ü He/she will be responsible to attend both inbound and outbound calls.
ü Should be responsible to complete follow up calls assigned on daily basis by the manager.
ü Need basis sharing customised diet chart with the patient.
ü Responsible to complete the QR code calls and enrol them in the program.
ü Validating patient documents on both follow up and QR code calls, sharing the Non-compliance report with the reporting manager before completing shift hours.
ü Giving call back on missed call received patient.
ü Reporting Adverse event observed during the calls.
ü Addressing post adverse event queries received from drug safety team, which will be share by QA manager.
