Bench Sales Recruiter


What You’ll Do:

  • Market IT & Non-IT bench consultants across Canada
  • Work with vendors, clients & tier-1 partners
  • Source daily requirements (job portals & vendor lists)
  • Negotiate rates and finalize placements
  • Coordinate interviews & on boarding


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–4 years

    Canada Bench Sales recruiting

    experience
  • Knowledge of Canadian work authorizations (PR, Citizen, Work Permit, LMIA, etc.)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Canadian job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.)


Nice to Have:

  • Vendor/client network in Canada
  • Track record of quick closures
