Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-4 years Job Description: We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team and help market our consultants to various clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT staffing and bench sales , strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Market bench candidates (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to direct clients, vendors, and implementation partners . Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients . Source job requirements from various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and match consultants accordingly. Negotiate rates and close contracts for consultants on the bench. Maintain a database of consultants and regularly update their status. Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients/vendors for feedback. Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations and legal guidelines . Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience in Bench Sales/US IT Staffing . Strong knowledge of tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099, etc.) and visa classifications. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in different time zones based on client requirements. Experience using job portals, ATS systems, and LinkedIn for recruiting. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients .
