Position 1: Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher US Staffing) Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid 3 days Work from Office, 2 days Work from Home) Shift: Night Shift (US Hours 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) Experience: Freshers (01 year) Package: 15000/month Job Description: We are seeking a highly energetic and trainable Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in US IT staffing and bench sales operations. Responsibilities: Learn and understand the US staffing ecosystem and IT technologies. Work closely with bench consultants to market their profiles to clients and vendors. Submit consultants for suitable job openings and follow up for interview schedules. Establish and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and end clients. Track consultant availability and maintain submission logs. Leverage job portals, social media, and vendor networks to identify potential leads. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel) Who Should Apply: - Recent graduates (BTech, MCA, BCA, BSc, MBA HR, etc.) - Candidates open to working full night shifts and reporting to the Kochi office (Infopark) 3 days a week.
