Position 1: Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher US Staing) Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid 3 days Work from Oice, 2 days Work from Home) Shift: Night Shift (US Hours 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) Experience: Freshers (01 year) Job Description: We are seeking a highly energetic and trainable Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in US IT staing and bench sales operations. Responsibilities: Learn and understand the US staing ecosystem and IT technologies. Work closely with bench consultants to market their proles to clients and vendors. Submit consultants for suitable job openings and follow up for interview schedules. Establish and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and end clients. Track consultant availability and maintain submission logs. Leverage job portals, social media, and vendor networks to identify potential leads. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of MS Oice (Word, Excel) Who Should Apply: - Recent graduates (BTech, MCA, BCA, BSc, MBA HR, etc.) - Candidates open to working full night shifts and reporting to the Kochi oice (Infopark) 3 days a week.
