Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid 3 days Work from Office, 2 days Work from Home) Shift: Night Shift (US Hours 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) Experience: Freshers (0–1 year) Job Description: We are hiring passionate Technical Recruiters who are fresh out of college and ready to begin an exciting career in US IT recruitment. We will provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed. Responsibilities: Learn and understand various IT technologies, roles, and recruitment strategies. Source and screen resumes using job portals like Dice, Monster, and internal databases. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical fit. Coordinate interviews with clients and track candidate progress. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future client requirements. Skills Required: Strong English communication and analytical skills Interest in technology and IT staffing Confidence in making cold calls and conducting interviews Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Who Should Apply: - Recent graduates (BTech, MCA, BCA, BSc, MBA HR, etc.) - Willing to work full night shifts with hybrid presence in Kochi office.
