Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the U.S. IT staffing process, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in marketing bench candidates. You will be responsible for working closely with consultants, identifying suitable job opportunities, and closing deals with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, GC, and Citizens) to existing and new clients and vendors. Understand consultants technical skill sets, availability, and career interests. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through job boards, social media, vendor networks, and client relationships. Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and third-party vendors. Maintain ongoing relationships with consultants throughout their assignments. Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission, interview preparation, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with all legal and immigration requirements, including visa documentation and background checks. Stay up to date with market trends, technologies, and client demands in the U.S. IT staffing industry. Qualifications & Skills 3 to 8 years of experience in bench sales Recruiter , specifically for the U.S. IT staffing industry. Strong knowledge of visa types and compliance requirements (H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, etc.). Proficiency in using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and vendor databases. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree in any field. Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment.
