Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter and OPT Recruiter located in Amb. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to onboarding. Primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for IT roles, especially focusing on OPT, CPT, H1B, and GC candidates. The recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring that hiring targets are met, and managing accounts effectively. Daily tasks also include maintaining communication with clients and candidates, reporting recruitment activities, and achieving set goals and targets.

• Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in IT recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with visa and immigration processes (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC) is advantageous
