Bellboy cum Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests on arrival with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Assist in handling, carrying, and delivering guest luggage safely to and from rooms.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Drive guests to and from designated locations (airport, railway station, sightseeing, etc.) ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel vehicle.
• Assist the front office team in guest requests and errands.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license with clean driving record.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Good knowledge of local routes and destinations.
• Presentable, polite, and guest-oriented.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of local language will be an added advantage).
