Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bellperson located in Salcette. The Bellperson will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing exceptional customer service, and handling receptionist duties. Daily tasks include greeting guests upon their arrival, assisting with luggage transport, offering information about the services and facilities of the hotel, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The Bellperson will also be responsible for receiving and delivering messages or packages to guests' rooms as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Luggage handling
• Capability to undertake Training procedures effectively
• Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
