Job Description

As a Child Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting developmental, behavioral, and psychological assessments for young children. Your role will involve developing individualized intervention plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and providing therapeutic services such as play therapy and behavior modification. Additionally, you will support and counsel parents/caregivers on child development and behavior management. Your day-to-day activities will include maintaining documentation and tracking progress through regular reports, conducting caregiver training, and actively participating in team meetings. To excel in this role, you must possess strong assessment and diagnostic abilities, along with experience in child-focused therapies. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to collaborate with a team are essential. Moreover, you should be organized, proficient in documentation, and capable of training and guiding parents and staff effectively.,
