Leading Manufacturing Company in Navi Mumbai Hiring for Purchase NAVI MUMBAI RABALE Interested please connect with MAHEK 9137263337 an drop CV at quotientconsultancy@gmail.com Designation: Purchase Executive / Engineer / Officer Minimum Qualification : B.E / Btech Mechanical, BSc, Diploma Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 yrs for B.E / Btech in mechanical, 5 yrs for diploma in mechanical. RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Selecting the vendors based on market requirement, product quality, capacity, location & experience. Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as timely deliveries, rejections, quality improvement rate, response, technical knowledge and support, etc. Purchase of castings, bar stock, engineering components Purchase of capital goods like compressors, machines Purchase of packing and consumables Purchase of service / job work Order Management (Labour Job Order, Material Purchase Order, Service, Change Order, Amendment) Raw material planning and Inventory monitoring. Evaluation of various sources as per the requirement. Follow up with suppliers and transporters for timely delivery of material. Track and maintain lead time of the suppliers Costing of the components & Negotiations with suppliers Cost reduction Track price movements of metals and identify potential saving opportunities Analysis of SPEND data Make purchase policy / decisions on MEQ, package qty, ROL and ROQ based on consumption data. Inventory control Payment follow up with finance department Organise and lead vendor meets Business Intelligence report making / MIS Provide weekly update or as and when required by reporting manager. Keeping record of patterns. Familiar with QMS audit and customer audit.
