Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role, preferably with Earth Rhythm or similar brands. - Profound knowledge of beauty products and skincare routines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to establish rapport with customers and deliver personalized service. - Sales-oriented mindset with a deep passion for the beauty industry. - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems. - Enthusiasm for Earth Rhythm's mission and values.
