Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Advisor - Supervisor located in Dhanbad. The Beauty Advisor - Supervisor will oversee customer service, provide expert skincare consultations, and manage retail sales. Daily tasks include assisting customers with product knowledge, demonstrating product applications, and maintaining store appearance. The role also involves leading a team of beauty advisors to ensure high standards of service and achieving sales targets.

• Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
