Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our Phoenix Citadel Mall store. You will be the face of Kimirica in-store, helping customers discover products, providing expert advice, and delivering a luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations.
• Recommend and demonstrate products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain store visual merchandising and product displays.
• Assist in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior retail or beauty advisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and luxury products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
