Beauty advisor and training specialist

Role Overview: You will be a key member of the Technical Education Team, collaborating closely with the Senior Training Manager, Marketing Team, and Co-founder to enhance comprehension and advocacy within the partner network. Your responsibilities will include conducting hands-on demos and training sessions for Aminus homecare products and professional treatments. You will also lead onboarding sessions and refresher trainings for partner salons throughout South India. Additionally, you will represent the product in meetings with salon decision-makers to introduce the brand and its unique approach. You will work in conjunction with Account Managers and the Senior Training Manager to ensure that training efforts are aligned with business growth objectives. You will need to tailor education styles and content according to the audience, whether it be therapists, clinic leads, or senior management. Your role will involve providing regular feedback from the field to contribute to the refinement of future training programs and product strategies.
