As a key member of the Technical Education Team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Training Manager, Marketing Team, and Co-founder to enhance comprehension and advocacy within our partner network. Your responsibilities will include conducting hands-on demos and training sessions for Aminus homecare products and professional treatments. You will also be leading onboarding sessions and refresher trainings for partner salons throughout South India. In addition, you will be representing the product in meetings with salon decision-makers to introduce the brand and its unique approach. Working in conjunction with Account Managers and the Senior Training Manager, you will ensure that training efforts are aligned with business growth objectives. It will be essential to tailor education styles and content according to the audience, whether it be therapists, clinic leads, or senior management.
