Job Title: Beauty Advisor
Location: Payyanur, Chengannur, Palakkad (Pattambi)
Purpose:
Responsible for managing store operations, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service in beauty retail.
Key Requirements:
Graduation or Diploma in Cosmetology. Minimum 1 year retail experience. Freshers can also apply. Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products. Proficient in Excel and basic P&L understanding. Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English; well-groomed appearance.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and demonstrations. Manage daily sales reporting, stock handling, and cash management. Support store manager in staff scheduling, promotions, and store hygiene. Handle client complaints and ensure service quality.
Compensation: 20,000-22,000 per month + incentives.
