Beautician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to provide a range of beauty services to clients. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of skin care, hair care, and grooming treatments, along with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, threading, clean-ups, bleaching, and manicure/pedicure.
• Provide hair services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments (if trained).
• Suggest suitable beauty therapies and products based on client needs.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the salon.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized after every use.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain client records and service history.
• Upsell salon services and retail products when appropriate.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in cosmetology / beauty therapy from a recognized institute.
• 1–3 years of experience in a salon or spa (freshers with good skills may also apply).
• Knowledge of skin types, beauty products, and safety procedures.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
