Job Summary

We are seeking passionate, skilled, and customer-oriented Beauticians to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional beauty and wellness services, ensuring high levels of hygiene and professionalism. Both freshers and experienced beauticians are welcome to apply; training and certification will be provided for those who are new to the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty services, including facials, waxing, threading, clean-ups, manicure, pedicure, hair spa, haircuts, hairstyling, and other salon treatments.
• Offer personalized consultations and recommend skincare, haircare, and wellness treatments based on client needs.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards by cleaning, disinfecting, and properly storing all tools, kits, and equipment.
• Manage appointments and provide timely services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
• Keep inventory updated and notify management of any product shortages.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the beauty industry.
• Uphold the company’s professional image, customer-first attitude, and service quality standards.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred; freshers with a passion for beauty services are welcome.
• Must have practical knowledge of salon or home-service operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and grooming skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for home appointments, if required.
• Strong sense of hygiene, safety, and customer trust.

Employment Type

Full-Time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience, skill, and performance)
