Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative (BDR)– International Sales, located in Noida. The BDR will be responsible for generating leads, developing business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, engaging in inside sales activities, establishing and maintaining relationships with prospects, and effectively communicating our value proposition. The BDR will also contribute to the development of sales strategies and participate in various sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
• Proven ability in Business Development to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, India
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the edtech or assessment industry is a plus
