Business Development Manager (BDM) – Job Description Job Location: Jalandhar Training Location: Chandigarh Training Duration: 15 Days (Unpaid) Salary: Starts After Training Completion Company Agreement : 2 year Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Training Details: Duration: 15 Days Type: Unpaid Location: Chandigarh (Head Office/Training Center) Objective: To understand company services, sales strategies, product knowledge, and client handling process Post-Training Job Location: Jalandhar Branch (Full-time) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue. Generate leads and convert them into paying clients through meetings, follow-ups, and consultation scheduling. Promote wellness and cosmetology services in the local market. Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales updates to management. Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to improve business performance. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare sector). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in Sitting job work, client pitching, and consultation face to face . Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven attitude. Willingness to complete 15-day unpaid training in Chandigarh.
