Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Incharge (Garment) located in Noida. The Quality Incharge will oversee the quality control process for garment production, ensuring that products meet established standards. Daily tasks include inspecting raw materials and finished garments, conducting quality checks at various production stages, and collaborating with the production team to address and resolve quality issues. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining documentation of quality procedures and implementing corrective measures to improve product quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control and garment inspection
• Strong understanding of quality standards and garment manufacturing techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Relevant certification or training in quality management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, fashion technology, or related field
