Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Remote (WFH)

Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Convertible to Full-Time Based on Performance)

We provide internship programs, upskilling services, and corporate training that bridge the gap between academics and real-world employment.


Job Summary:

We are looking for Business Development Executives who are highly patient, committed, and passionate about communication. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with people, and guiding candidates. The focus is not on sales pressure, but on genuine communication, connection, and candida+te support.


Key Highlights:

  • Very Less Sales Target – Almost No Target
  • Primary Focus – Communication, Relationship Building & Lead Engagement
  • Daily Requirement: 180–200 calls with 60+ connected conversations


Compensation:

  • ₹10,000 to ₹20,000/month (based on location and experience)
  • Commission/Incentives: Average of ₹30,000–₹40,000/month based on performance and revenue
  • Work Hours: 08 hours/day


Interview Process:

  • Single round of interview
  • Direct hiring and quick onboarding


Contract Details:

  • 6-month contract
  • Potential for full-time conversion with a package of ₹3 LPA or higher based on performance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 180–200 outbound calls per day, achieving at least 60 connected calls
  • Clearly explain ISCAP's offerings – including internships, career support, and training programs
  • Understand candidate requirements and guide them through enrollment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and students
  • Track and follow up with leads regularly to drive conversions
  • Coordinate with the internal training and operations team to ensure smooth candidate onboarding into courses and programs
  • Meet basic performance benchmarks in terms of communication and results


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Any Degree or BTech (any stream)
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers welcome)
  • High patience and dedication – top priority over general experience
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of tele calling, sales, or customer engagement
  • Self-driven, responsible, and organized
  • Comfortable working independently or with a small coordination team
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
