Job Summary

We are hiring Telecallers for our After-Sales Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaint registration, service appointment coordination, and ensuring a smooth service experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding service and complaint requests.
• Register customer complaints and schedule technician visits.
• Provide product service updates and follow-up until closure.
• Maintain customer interaction records in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with field technicians and service partners.
• Assist customers with warranty, installation, demo, and repair service queries.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Malayalam/ Telgu / Tamil/English).
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances / consumer durable products (preferred).
• Familiar with MS Excel / CRM tools.
• Good listening skills and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet call targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced both can apply.
• Candidates with experience in after-sales service or call center preferred.
