Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Research and understand client needs and offer customized solutions. Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients for senior team members. Maintain and update the CRM (Bitrix24 or equivalent) with leads, contacts, and follow-ups. Collaborate with marketing to create engaging campaigns to attract leads. Achieve monthly targets and report performance to the team lead/manager. Build strong relationships with prospects for long-term engagement. Who Can Apply: Freshers with a strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing. Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, MBA, or equivalent preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Email tools, and CRM software (training will be provided). Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
