Job Title: Business Development Executive – Field Sales Location: Delhi Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing team in Delhi . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business growth through on-ground field activities. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking Visit clients on-site to present products/services and close deals Build and maintain long-term client relationships Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services Submit regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with the Delhi market and willingness to travel extensively within the city Previous experience in field sales or a similar role is a plus Perks and Benefits: Fixed salary up to ₹35,000 per month Incentives and performance bonuses Travel allowance (if applicable) Career growth opportunities and ongoing training Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Field sales: 1 year (Required) Location: Delhi, Delhi (Required) Work Location: In person
