Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Business Development / Sales (Digital / IT preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation and client acquisition
• Meeting clients and presenting services
• Understanding client needs and proposing solutions
• Follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure
• Maintaining customer relationships and reports

Requirements

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Client meeting and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing services (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
• Ability to meet targets and work independently

Position: Business Development Intern

Eligibility: Freshers
Stipend: No fixed stipend
Incentives: Performance-based (client acquisition incentives)
Future Opportunity: Can be converted to full-time based on performance

Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation and client outreach
