Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating qualified leads, and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and sales opportunities.
• Develop customized solutions and value propositions aligned with client needs.
• Prepare business proposals, commercial agreements, and pricing quotations.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service quality.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity tracking within CRM platforms.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.

Candidate ProfileRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
