BDE and outreach specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Business Development Executive (BDE) and Outreach Specialist. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting research, and engaging in community outreach. Daily tasks include customer service, managing client relationships, and creating outreach strategies. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to drive growth and innovation for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new advertisers through research, outreach, and networking.
• Negotiate and manage advertiser agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the advertisers and internal team.
• Collaborate with the Media buying team to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Research and Community Outreach
• Proficient in Writing and developing outreach content
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
