BDE

We are hiring a fresher Business Development Executive to support our sales team in promoting Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. You will work closely with a senior BDE, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, and proposal support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads for RPO services through market research and analysis, under the guidance of an experienced BDE.
• Support outreach efforts by helping the Senior BDE contact clients
• Help prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients, with guidance from the Senior BDE.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective clients to showcase the company’s RPO services.
• Follow up with prospects under the Senior BDE’s direction to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date.
• Help draft and send out proposals, quotes, and follow-up materials to clients, working closely with the Senior BDE.

Qualifications

• Education – MBA in Marketing / Related fields
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills in the recruitment services industry.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a client-facing role
• Internship or academic project experience in Marketing / Sales
