Its mission is to ignite the startup ecosystem in India by offering revolutionary courses like PGP in startup entrepreneurship, building future leaders to lead the Indian economy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BDA(HR) located in Tonk. The BDA(HR) will be responsible for various HR functions, including managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The role involves day-to-day HR management to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Tonk
Relevant experience in the HR field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
