Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. As a BDA, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and helping grow the company’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present and promote products/services professionally to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and close deals effectively.
• Maintain and update client databases and activity records.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
