Job Overview

Looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to generate leads, acquire new clients, and grow our pest management business across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals/quotations and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations for service delivery and contract renewals.
• Track sales activities, follow up on payments, and update MIS.

Requirements

• Graduate; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales/BD experience (pest control/Facility Management industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Target-driven, confident, and willing to travel locally.
• Proficiency in MS Office & basic CRM tools.

Salary

Competitive salary + incentives + travel & mobile reimbursements.
