BD Executive - Marketing Services Industry Preferred

The role is for a full-time position with a 6-month probation period in the Marketing Services industry. The budget for this position ranges from 3 to 4.5 LPA. You will be required to work 6 days a week and must have your own laptop for work. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research to find potential clients, and building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business. You will also be responsible for negotiating deals with clients to achieve revenue targets, meeting and exceeding sales targets, handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly, as well as collaborating with the marketing and operations teams for seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Additionally, you will need to report on sales activities, progress, and potential forecasts to the management team. To be considered for this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or agency work, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Having a personal laptop for work and the ability to work 6 days a week are also necessary requirements.
