Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our company, your primary role will be to drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client relationship management to deal closing and ongoing client satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and generate new business leads and potential clients. - Conduct market research to uncover emerging business opportunities. - Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Negotiate and close deals to achieve and surpass revenue targets. - Consistently meet and exceed sales goals. - Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing effective solutions and resolving issues. - Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and operations teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and ensure ongoing satisfaction. - Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management. Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or within an agency setting. - Demonstrated ability to generate leads and successfully close deals. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
