Analyze the impact of disruptions and prioritize critical business functions for recovery. Maintain detailed documentation of DR-BCP plans, including procedures, contact lists, and recovery strategies. Develop and implement policies and guidelines related to disaster recovery and business continuity. Coordinate and conduct regular testing and simulation exercises to validate the effectiveness of DR-BCP plans. Evaluate the results of exercises and work with teams to address identified weaknesses and improve readiness. Serve as the point of contact during disruptive events, coordinating the execution of DR-BCP plans and ensuring a timely response. Collaborate with IT, facilities, and other relevant teams to initiate and manage recovery efforts. Regularly review and update DR-BCP plans to reflect changes in the organization, technology, and business processes. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements to increase the effectiveness of DR-BCP capabilities. Provide regular reports on the status of DR-BCP initiatives to management and stakeholders.
