Job Description

acquiring new clients and managing existing portfolios to achieve business targets, primarily through cross-selling a range of financial products

Client Acquisition:
Acquire new high-value clients (especially SME and Emerging Local Corporate segments) through market scoping and lead generation.
Portfolio Management:
Manage and grow the existing client portfolio to increase revenue, wallet share, and customer satisfaction.
Financial Product Sales:
Cross-sell and achieve targets for various products including loans (working capital, term loans), trade services (LC, BG, Bill Discounting), wealth management, and other bank/third-party products.
Credit and Risk Management:
Conduct credit risk appraisals, prepare proposals, and engage with the credit team for sanctioning facilities. Ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business within the regulatory framework.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by addressing their banking needs and providing comprehensive solutions.
Sales and Strategy:
Develop strategies with internal teams and conduct sales calls to achieve business targets and increase penetration in the market.
Operational Compliance:
Ensure timely update of CRM activities, manage end-to-end transaction execution from origination to completion, and adhere to all banking policies and procedures.
