Job Type: Full-TimeBudget: Up to 18 LPASend Resume To: [Insert recruiter email]Job SummaryWe are hiring 3 BAU Support Engineers with strong hands-on experience in BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM). The ideal candidate will handle platform administration, monitoring configuration, and L2/L3 operational support to ensure high availability and optimized performance of the monitoring environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBHOM Administration:Manage user access, tenant configurations, policy setups, and RBAC.Monitoring Setup & Maintenance:Configure event rules, thresholds, monitoring policies, and integrate BHOM with ITSM, DWP, and CMDB modules.BAU Support (L2/L3):Handle incidents, alerts, performance issues, and standard operational changes.Automation & Scripting:Use Shell/Python scripts or tools to automate admin and monitoring tasks.Patching & Upgrades:Coordinate upgrades, patches, and system health maintenance with BMC/internal teams.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain logs, create incident/change records, and generate health reports.Collaboration:Work with infra/app teams and BMC support for smooth and aligned operations.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience in BMC BHOM (on-prem or SaaS).Knowledge of monitoring policies, KPI/SLA configurations, event rules, and alerting mechanisms.Familiar with cloud-native platforms, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.Skilled in REST APIs, log analysis, RCA, and basic scripting (Shell/Python).Understanding of CMDB, ITSM, Discovery modules is advantageous.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.Preferred CertificationsBMC Certified Administrator Helix Operations ManagementITIL FoundationHow to ApplySend your updated resume with the following details to [Insert Email]Current CTCExpected CTCNotice PeriodCurrent LocationPreference (Pune or Remote)
