Ltd since April 2009, the company specializes in providing integrated sports and fitness programs for schools in Mumbai. The Sports Gurukul has various open sports training centers across Mumbai and plans to expand across India with its systematic sports programs and curriculum.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Basketball Coach located in Bengaluru. The Basketball Coach will be responsible for developing and executing training sessions, mentoring athletes, and monitoring their progress. Day-to-day tasks include planning practice drills, facilitating team meetings, providing feedback to players, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to during all sessions.

Qualifications

• Basketball Coaching and Basketball skills
• Coaching and Training experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work well with young athletes and foster a positive team environment
• Relevant certifications in coaching or sports management are a plus
• Experience in developing training plans and strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or Master's degree in Physical Education
