Job Description

2+ years of experience in customer support, crypto, Web3, or technology.
Strong knowledge of blockchain, Ethereum, and crypto ecosystems.
Understanding of community engagement and social media trends.
Active participation in crypto communities; an active social presence is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks responsibly.
Flexible to work across shifts and weekends to support a global community.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using data and metrics to inform decisions and optimize community engagement.
Passionate about building engaged, thriving crypto communities.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in community growth, moderation, or engagement for crypto/Web3 projects.
Familiarity with managing Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, or other crypto/social channels.
Experience collaborating with internal teams to implement community initiatives and campaigns.
