:- Perform in-depth research on geospatial data, map features, and attributes using authoritative sources like government databases, academic publications, and industry reports.
- Utilize specialized mapping tools and conduct online research to extract and process location-based information according to project guidelines. - Contribute to and maintain geographic databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of map data. - Validate and update existing map features, addressing any discrepancies or outdated =- Review cartographic content, such as map legends, interactive maps, and location-based documentation, considering the intended audience and their needs. - Identify gaps and inconsistencies in map data and propose solutions for improved content creation and curation. - Handle complex geospatial data manipulation, including combining, splitting, and merging map features and attributes. - Work on intricate mapping workflows and specialized geographic domains. - Analyze market trends and spatial patterns using relevant data sources to inform mapping decisions. - Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and ensuring optimal search results for location-based queries. - Propose changes to map schemas and linter rules to improve data quality and consistency. - Develop clear and concise guidelines for map data collection, validation, and maintenance
